The Stalker is an unseen character in I Am Not Okay With This. He is a mysterious man who is following Sydney Novak and is possibly her father. He is shown following Sydney throughout the series.

The man firsts appears in Stan by Me at the end of the episode. As Syd walks away from the bowling alley, The man is shown standing behind her watching her. The man then teleports away disappears ending the episode.
He later appears in Another Day in Paradise. When Sydney is at school as a result of an after-school detention. She wanders into the library and spots a shadowy figure move. Because of her anxiety, the lights begin to strobe, making it even more difficult to identify him. Sydney had a full-blown panic attack, which leads her to burn down the entire library and flee.
In Like Father, Like Daughter, Syd and Stan review the footage of the library. Sydney points out a shadowy figure but Stan deduces it to be a shadow. He appears at the end of the episode standing outside of Sydney's home.
In Deepest Darkest Secret he appears for the final time. After killing Bradley Lewis unintentionally, Sydney flees the building drenched in blood. Stanley notices that Syd's diary was taken, hence the stalker is probably responsible. Sydney finally spots the man as she dashes to a watchtower in the woods. When she asks if she should be afraid, he responds that she shouldn't.
