Sofia Bryant is an American-Finnish actress She portrays Dina on Netflix's I Am Not Okay With This.
Biography[]
Sofia Bryant is known for her work in The Good Wife co starring along side veteran actor, Blair Underwood. She was cast as a series regular opposite Derek Luke in NBC drama pilot Suspicion (also known as 'No Way Back') from The Path creator Jessica Goldberg, Universal TV and Keshet Studio. She has also appeared on CBS hit show the Bluebloods. Most recently she guest starred in a new CBS show The Code that will premier in the spring of 2019. Sofia was born in Harlem, New York and still lives in New York City with her family.
She discovered performing arts in her preteen years. She fell in love with musical theater while training at a conservatory style theater company in New York City. She began her professional career performing in commercials and print campaigns such as Macy's, Coca Cola, Airheads, Ring Pop, Verizon and Apple to name a few, before making her TV debut in The Good Wife.
She has been a student at a performing arts high school majoring in musical theater and will continue her drama studies at a conservatory at Stella Adler Studio of Acting in the fall 2018.
Sofia is also passionate about fashion, art and photography. During her free time she loves to attend music concerts and festivals, do some serious shopping at vintage fashion shops, study her craft and at times volunteer at fund raising and art events for the theater company she has trained with. Since Sofia spent part of her childhood in Finland she is fluent in Finnish and considers it her second home. She has made a successful transition from stage to TV and will continue to challenge herself as an artist in her future TV and film endeavors.
